1 About This Service
Every admitted patient is assigned a dedicated care team comprising an attending physician, nursing staff, and support personnel. Families receive regular updates and dedicated visiting hours to stay involved in the patient's care journey.
Our ward facilities include continuous nurse call systems, bedside monitoring, nutritionist-approved meal plans, and round-the-clock pharmacy access. Discharge planning begins at admission to minimise unnecessary stay.
2 How It Works
Admission Advice
Your doctor issues an admission advice slip with diagnosis and required care plan. Planned or emergency admissions both accepted.
Pre-Admission Registration
Complete paperwork at the admission desk. Insurance pre-authorisation is initiated at this stage.
15–30 minWard Allotment
A bed is assigned based on availability and medical requirement. Options: General, Semi-Private, Private, Deluxe.
Nursing Assessment
The ward nurse performs an initial assessment, documents allergies, and sets up monitoring equipment.
20 minDaily Ward Rounds
The attending consultant visits daily (morning and evening for ICU-level cases). Treatment is adjusted based on progress.
Discharge & Summary
On medical clearance, a detailed discharge summary, prescriptions, and follow-up plan are prepared and handed to the patient.
